By accessing or using the CohibasCorner website (cohibascorner.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Products
Our products are 3D-printed and hand-finished. Due to the nature of the craft, slight variations may exist between products and the images shown on our website. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique and do not constitute defects.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Pricing errors may result in order cancellation.
4. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing errors, or violate our terms. You will be notified if your order is cancelled and any payment will be fully refunded.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.
6. Shipping
Shipping terms, processing times, and delivery estimates are outlined on our Shipping & Delivery page. International buyers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Our return and exchange policies are outlined on our Returns & Exchanges page. Custom and personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text, and content on this website are the property of CohibasCorner and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
CohibasCorner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
