How long does processing take?
Most of our products are made to order and take 5–7 business days to print, finish, and inspect before shipping. Ready-to-ship items like earrings dispatch within 1–3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide from Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
Are customs duties included in the price?
No. International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I return a personalized item?
Custom and personalized items (such as engraved name plates) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. This is standard for made-to-order products.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at kwaku@cohibascorner.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
What materials do you use?
We use PLA (Polylactic Acid) — an eco-friendly, bio-sourced 3D printing material. It is durable, lightweight, and safe for everyday display.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins. After that, cancellation is not possible as your item will already be in production.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Check your spam folder if you do not see it, or contact us and we will help.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-custom items in their original condition. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Where are you based?
We are based in Canada and ship globally. Our 3D printing workshop operates from here, and every piece is crafted and finished by hand before it leaves our doors.
