30-Day Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must contact us before sending the item back
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
Custom & Personalized Items
Because our custom name plates and engraved items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. This is standard for personalized 3D-printed products and is noted on each product listing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Here is how to report a problem:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at kwaku@cohibascorner.com
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
- Attach photos of the damage — this helps us improve packaging and confirms the claim
We will respond within 24–48 hours and arrange your replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at kwaku@cohibascorner.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Once approved, we will provide a return address. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-custom items in their original condition. Contact us to arrange an exchange and we will guide you through the process.
